Cancellation
Full Payment: If you have paid in full, the purchase in non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the package, please don't hesitate to book a free zoom call with me and we can discuss alternative options.
Pricing plan: If you decide to cancel your payment plan, please do let me know with a quick email. All payments that have been made already are non-refundable. After plan is cancelled, there will be no further sessions with this package.
Missed Sessions
If you cannot make a session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance otherwise that session will be cancelled and we will continue on to the next session the following week. If you need to postpone or change the session by a few hours, just send me an email and I will see what we can do. If you wish to change the start date of the package, just send me an email and that can be done.
